Q: Are all auto detailing companies pretty much the same? Why are prices different?
A: Great questions! Are all restaurants or hair salons the same? No. Even though most auto detailing companies seem to offer the same or similar services, there are always noticeable differences. Attention 2 Detail is a 30+ year, family owned and operated business, and that means we’re ALL- IN. We take pride in our work because it’s Our Business. We have 6 family members running the business, which is much different than hourly employees that cycle in and out of a business that don’t have ownership, commitment, or experience. The old adage “You get what you pay for” is so very true when it comes to auto detailing, and taking care of the second most expensive purchase the average person makes.
Q: What do I need to provide for mobile auto detailing service at my residence or business?
A: We just need room to work around the vehicle with the doors open. and access to water and power connections within 75 feet. The vehicle has to be off the street.
Q: Can you provide mobile service at my home if my driveway is slanted?
A: If you can walk on it, we can work on it!
Q: Do I need to be home to have my car detailed?
A: No, actually. As long as we are notified ahead of time, that’s not a problem. We just need to know where you have placed/hidden the key, and where we can find access to water and power connections. When the work is completed, we can simply e-mail the invoice, which you can pay online. We actually have clients that we have never ever met 🙂
Q: I live in a condo/apartment complex where I don’t have room or water/power connections— do you have a drop off location?
A: Yes, we have drop off locations in Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Oregon City. When you schedule your appointment, whether it’s online, or by calling our office, you can specify that you need to drop off your vehicle, and which area works best.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Good news! Our website has online scheduling so you can book your appointment 24 hours a day – just click the BOOK NOW button or click HERE. It always amazes us how many of our good detaling clients schedule their appointments in the middle of the night! You can also speak to one of the owners, (A Live Person!!), at 503 515-6578. You can simply text us as well at that number and we usually respond, sometimes even after hours and on weekends.
Q: Do you need the keys to the vehicle for your service?
A: Yes. We will need to start the vehicle occasionally during the service to roll down windows to clean the top edges, move the seats to clean the carpet thoroughly, etc. And to make sure the vehicle battery is fully charged when we are done.
